We received FULL salvation: spirit, soul & body!

1 Corinthians 15: 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. When a person becomes saved or born again, he receives a new spirit but not a new body, even though his body was bought with the blood of Jesus. A believer does not receive partial salvation but full salvation of the spirit, soul and body( 1 Thes 5:23; 2 Cor 5:17).  However, at present, the body of the believer is yet to be redeemed from mortality to immortality. The salvation of the spirit is the guarantee that one day, the body shall be redeemed. The body therefore is subject to aging, deterioration, pain, infirmity or death. Physical death of the body has not yet been abolished. The body belongs to Christ but we are the custodians or stewards of the body on behalf of Christ. We shall be judged for all that we did in the body while on earth. As believers, we must live with wisdom or common sense by eating right, exercising, taking enough rest and practicing personal hygiene to keep the body in good health. We must also exercise dominion by the authority we have in Christ over the infirmities of the body.

The redemption of our bodies shall take place at the last day, when the trumpet sounds and we are changed in the twinkling of an eye. That is when mortality shall put on immortality. My body has been bought with the precious blood of Jesus. It is yet to be redeemed. I will therefore take good care of my body because I need my body to function here on earth. REDEMPTION OF OUR BODIES: Romans 8: 23 And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. When a person believes the gospel, his body does not change. Though the body too was paid for by Christ, it remains the same as if it was not bought with a price. If you are tall or dark in complexion, it would not change because you got saved. If you do not follow natural principles of good health, your body will be sick and weak even though you are born again and your body is God’s temple. This is because though our bodies have been bought with the precious blood of Jesus, it has not yet been redeemed. You are still the steward of your own body. The body is for Christ; you are just the steward. We have not yet attained the full manifestation of our sonship. We shall attain this full manifestation when our bodies get redeemed. Our body shall be redeemed or changed at the last day. When the trumpet shall sound with the voice of the archangel. That is when mortality shall put on immortality. In the mean time we must take charge of our bodies and make it do what is right. We shall give account of what we did in the body when Christ comes. Until the knowledge of Christ cover the earth like the waters cover the sea we are not backing out!! You and I are in this together. The word of God says a house divided against itself cannot stand. Something is happening all over the world. The knowledge of the son of God is covering the earth like the water covers the sea.

Take your place child of God. stand up and be counted. don't be left out. What will you tell Him you did when we shall see Him face to face. He had only one and he gave us  the only begotten to pay what we could never pay. If you are not for us then you are against us. No in-between. Being born again is not a retirement plan.

Pulling down Strongholds

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds-2 Corinthians 10:3–4 Whether you kno
